Beer House is the only and unique restaurant-brewery in Estonia, where the «living beer» is brewed on location. The control over the beer production is completely performed by the brewers’ team headed by the brewmaster Eve Toomela, all of who received the corresponding qualification from the best masters from Austria. Raw materials for the production of beer are water, hops, malt and yeast. The brewery uses the best sorts of malt from Austria, hops and yeast from Germany. The entire cycle of the beer production lasts for 27-28 days.
Beer House produces 7 sorts of unpasteurized and non-filtered beer, containing minerals and B-group vitamins – Pilsner Gold, Märzen Speziel, Dunkles Extra, Helles Light, Medovar Honey and Beer House Preminum in the strict abidance to the requirements of the “ Beer Purity Act of the year 1516”.
The professional team of cooks headed by the Chef Dmitri Rooz, winner of numerous prizes in the international competitions, offers the large selection of different meals and beer snacks, using only the high-quality and fresh products.
