From June of 2002, a new guesthouse is open on Aleksandri Street in the heart of Tartu. Guesthouse offers private rooms ranging from single rooms to 4-person rooms (incl. rooms with a wide bed and rooms with a sauna); and rooms ranging from singles to 3-person rooms which are in the box system.

The price does not include breakfast but this can be ordered by prior arrangement. The box system means that two rooms share a toilet, bathroom and kitchenette, which each private room has separately.

In the kitchenette it is possible to use either an electric stove or microwave (not both but one of them). All rooms have Internet connections, there is guarded parking in the yard.
